The Betta Evolution System represents the latest technology in welded mesh protection.  Resulting from extensive research and development, the system offers an unobtrusive perimeter fence with maximised strength achieved through its distinctive mesh configuration.  Suited to a huge variety of applications, the system is fast becoming the number one choice in mesh protection.

Efficient manufacturing processes ensure that the system is long lasting at an affordable cost.  The system is supplied in fully welded panels, allowing quick and simple installation.  Special fixing clips give greater flexibility where ground conditions require the stepping of panels.

Standard System

Betta Evolution Mesh panels
Distinctive mesh configuration formed with 6 mm diameter horizontal and 4 mm vertical wires fully welded at every intersection.
The horizontal ‘V’ profiles add to the rigidity of the panels and add an attractive feature to the system once installed.

Betta Evolution posts
The Betta Evolution posts are manufactured from 60 x 60 x 2 mm square hollow section and supplied with plastic caps as standard.  Special mesh fixing clips are spaced at 450 – 500 mm vertical centres, with the bolt heads counter sunk within the clips to deter attack from the outside and Permacone security nuts to the inside, ensuring a secure anti-vandal fixing.

Betta Gates
Gates of all sizes and configuration are manufactured to the highest standards and maintain the site security offered by the fences. Swing, sliding cantilever and bi-folding gates are offered for manual use or automated by the specialist department of the Betta Group.  The Gate Automation Department can offer a high quality and reliable ‘Speed Gate’.

The Betta Evolution System is produced from galvanised wire, with a phosphate pre-treatment and polyester powder coated from a range of nine standard colours:

Green (RAL 6005)
Black (RAL 9005)
Gentian Blue (RAL 5010)
Sapphire Blue (RAL 5003)
Flame Red (RAL 3000)
Wine Red (RAL 3005)
Traffic Grey (RAL 7042)
Cadmium Yellow (RAL 1021)
Chocolate Brown (RAL 8017)


Please note:
If specified, other sizes of posts can be supplied in place of the standard SHS, the posts may also have an optional clamp strip fixing system to closely match any existing mesh systems.
